Dhimant N. Bhayani
Founder & Managing Partner,
INC3 Ventures

Dhimant is a co-founder and Managing Partner at INC3 Ventures where he focuses on investing in and guiding young companies in the areas of Semiconductors and Embedded software. Over the past 20 years, Dhimant has held executive management, marketing and engineering positions and he has been an entrepreneur himself.
In 1991, Dhimant founded Media Computer Technologies, INC (MCT), a fabless semiconductor company that built ASICs, Boards & Software for the PC and Consumer Electronics markets. MCT was acquired by C-Cube, in 1995, where he served as V.P. of Systems Engineering and V.P. of New Market Development for Asia Pacific.
Dhimant is a founding Director of IVCA and a TiE Charter Member. At present, he participates or has participated at Board level with Bay Packets, vEngines (acquired by Centillium) and On Line Anywhere (acquired by Yahoo). Dhimant Holds MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He received BS in Electronics Engineering from the State University of New York, College at Buffalo.


Prakash Iyer
Founder, CTO & Sr. VP of Engineering,
Everypath

Prior to co-founding Everypath, Prakash worked at Prism Solutions and Informix where he was Senior Architect/Manager and Principal Engineer respectively. A 15+ year software development veteran and virtuoso programmer, Prakash has held senior level software development and management positions at Hewlett-Packard, Texas Instruments, and Alltel Information Services.
Prakash has a master of science degree from the Royal Institute of Science in India and has done post graduate studies at UCLA and UC Santa Cruz.


Ram Shanmugam
Principal,
Greylock

Ram Shanmugam joined Greylock in December 2000 as a Principal, focusing on investment opportunities in areas such as managed service providers (MSPs), communications equipment and new storage technologies. Ram was most recently the Senior Director of Product Management at GlobalCenter, GlobalCrossing's Internet and Hosting services group, where he was in charge of product management for the company's hosting, application and managed services product lines. He was also responsible for developing strategic and product alliances with managed services providers, application service providers and software companies.
Prior to his role at GlobalCrossing, Ram held various management-level positions in Product Management and IP Engineering for the Internet Services group at Sprint. In this role, he was involved in managing product strategy and development for Enterprise Internet access product lines. Some of the key areas of responsibility at Sprint included managing the High-speed Enterprise Connectivity, Peering and Settlements, VPN services, Streaming Media and Multicasting product lines.
Ram holds an M.S. from Georgia Institute of Technology, B.S. from Anna University and also attended the Executive program at Wharton. He speaks both nationally and internationally on the future of the Internet and business/technology issues and is an active member of several telecommunications and Internet policy groups.
