SPECIAL EVENT
"SPIRITUALITY IN BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT"
|
Announcement
Vipassana is a way of self-transformation through self-observation.
It focuses on the deep interconnection between mind and
body, which can be experienced directly by disciplined attention
to the physical sensations that form the life of the body,
and that continuously interconnect and condition the life
of the mind. It is this observation-based, self-exploratory
journey to the common root of mind and body that dissolves
mental impurity, resulting in a balanced mind. It is a practical
way to achieve balance of mind.
Vipassana helps in:
- Improved concentration and mental clarity.
- Decrease in stress and anxiety.
- Increased energy and efficiency.
- Improved relations with co-workers and family.
- Greater balance when facing challenges in personal and
professional life.
An introductory talk on Vipassana will be given explaining
how it will benefit you personally and professionally!
