If you can rise around 12 Million USD (plus my consulting fees and
priviledges as the trasactor), I can fund the whole thing.

One million should be to set a bank just for this operation, another to
fund and investment company (which will take the legal responsibility to
the bank) and 10 for initializing a time arbitrage multitranche
transactional funding operation.
