I am looking for some studies- emperical or theoretical constructs that have
attempted to determine the factors affecting venture capital formation. My
objective is to be able to draw a parallel with these models in the Indian
VC scenario.

I understand that there are some studies that have correlated 'Venture
Capital formation' with capital market performance of SME and technology
companies.

I would appreciate it, if anyone could provide inputs.
