We are a spin-off company from the Human Interface Technology
Lab at the U of Washington. www.hitl.washington.edu. We are
preparing to get our first real round of funds for product development
of an e-commerce package that is really a transaction management tool
bypassing VANs and middleware as it allows small to mid-sized companies
to conduct browser-based commerce with their supply chain supported
by fully exchangeable transaction documentation.

I am looking for advice on how to proceed. Seattle is a small town and
I want to
get advice far from where I must seek investors--so that I am fully
prepared.
