Hello All,

The VentCAP SIG is now open with a few rules and
regulations as noted below to avoid recurrence of
some unwanted activities and to focus on the main
agenda put together by a group of hardworking volunteers.

We at SIPA, want to act as a catalyst between people
with common interest and help our members. We sincerely
hope you would cooperate by following the rules and being
sensitive to other members.

Please keep the following in mind;

1. Do not subscribe this email list [email protected] to any other
email list. Only SIPA Executive Committee has the right to
decide that. Somebody had subscribed to cnet.com and
upside.com's daily newsletter which caused a crisis.

2. Be careful in what you post/write to the SIG. It should
not be anything but related to Venture Capital. (Job postings
are permitted if related to venture capital).

The Executive Committee reserves the right to revoke the
membership of anyone who is posting obscene, and politically
incorrect postings.

Also, (this one on popular demand, not a rule per se) please
try and avoid copying "me-too" to the email list.

After all, remember that by causing such unwanted
activities there are more demands of time on the volunteers.
Let's move on from this while observing some basic guidelines
and stay away from politically incorrect emails.

Thank you much for your cooperation.

Enjoy!

SIPA Executive
