1. What would be the organisational structure of a typical start-up
e-commerce company? Like marketing, technical, network/internet
administrator, secretaries etc. etc. please help!
2. What would be the operational costs/budgets of a typical start-up
e-commerce company in the Silicon Valley? Office Space, Staff,

costs, ISP hosting, PR agency, advertising etc. and there may me more
that i
am not somewhat clear on ... Please help!

I was looking for, and finally have, struck a brilliant sorts idea. A
concept that is simple yet not thought of. An idea that is people
oriented
and with a potential to be one of the most frequented e-commerce

in the future.... a future that will be heavily dependent on the

I am currently heading the Indian business development - e-commerce
solutions, for a US originating software conglomerate and intend setting
base in the Silicon Valley soon.
