After exchanging correspondence with Professor Navin Singhi, I have the
following intention:
I'll be proposing in the next days a way to capitalize a Venture
Capital
Fund directed to the Indian Entrepreneur.
I will apply the Multi-Tranche Time/Interest Rate Arbitrage
transactional
funding method to, after an initial seed capital is rised, fully
capitalize the Venture.
Currently I'm accepting Institutional and Accredited Investors deposits
through Morgan Stanley. (Our person at Morgan is a former Bank President
and Regional Deputy for Midland Bank, now HSBC.)
Our goal is to capitalize in the billions of USD.
