Hi,
I'm new to the list so here is my first question...
If you're developing an idea with a few people-how
essential is forming a larger management team before
you take your idea to the VCs? Is an impressive
advisory board enough?
Some folks make it seem like the team is more
important than the idea itself to garner funding.
Any links, articles, advice would be appreciated.
