If you need to send a personal reply to a contributor PLEASE
use his/her address and DO NOT reply to the mailing list.
Till now I have been forwarding such emails personally.
However the volumes have become unmanagable,
there fore all personal replies will be simply ignored from
now onwards.
Also remember each posting must start with a "contributor" line.
only 10% of the folks do that. Its a real pain to cut and paste
the authors emailid for each email.
