My understanding is non of the serious VC's will sign an NDA, so my
advice
is don't bother. They don't want to be exposed to law suits. VC's see
so
many proposals and therefore refuse to sign NDA's! In the Internet
world
things move so fast that by the time you file patents or contest a legal
IP
issue you are already behind the competition.
