NEW YORK -- Geodesic Ventures, a strategic advisory firm, said it is helping
Infinity Venture Fund, India's first angel venture fund, to raise a
$15-million offshore fund from corporate strategic investors and
high-net-worth individuals in the U.S. Infinity
is raising another $15 million from domestic investors in India and plans to
invest the $30 million in seed and early stage IT companies in India and
India-related businesses overseas. The first closing is expected by the end
of the year.
