Hello -
We are currently in the process of developing 3 different ideas on the
internet in India with internal financing-
one is financial services related, the second is a b2b exchange and the
third is a niche vertical portal focussing
on a particular population segment. We currently have a team of 11
people doing programming and graphics work.
We now require the following people to complement our team:
Project Managers -
To carry project from inception to delivery; coordination with product
development, marketing and content teams to
deliver a superlative product - only people with demonstrable proof of
success in the online field need apply.
Minimum B.S. / B.Tech in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering.
M.B.A. preferred - age profile - not older than
35.
Content Editors -
Responsibilities will include creating content partnerships, editing and
refining content and interfacing with
in-house development and marketing departments to provide a superlative
online experience. Candidates with
experience and proof of success in the online industry with an
experience of 2-5 years will be considered.
Additionally content editors from other media sources such as print and
television may be considered as well.
Manager - Marketing
Ability to research and evaluate new and innovative marketing
strategies. Ability to execute multi-channel marketing
strategies - recommen advertising options - both online and offline. An
understanding of internet business models
and new developments in international marketing trends critical. 2+
years experience in online marketing, Internet
technologies and businesses. B.A. / B.S. / M.B.A degree preferably in
Marketing or Management. Must possess
excellent communication and people skills. Proof of success necessary.
Manager - Business Development -
Ability to research, evaluate & execute new e-commerce, content &
technology partnerships. Ability to introduce
potential partners & potential partnership structure. Recommend deal
structure, negotiate deal terms, execute deals
& maintain partner relationships. Provide detailed analytical support,
including building deal models and strategic
assessments of alternatives (personally and through management of an
analyst). Assist CEO in developing strategies,
evaluating opportunities & identifying potential partners. BA/BS degree,
preferably in Business. 2+ years exp. w/
the Internet, Investment Banking or Consulting. Business/Deal savvy;
able to evaluate & negotiate favorable ad
contract terms. Must possess excellent communications, project
management, & people skills. Detail-oriented,
execution-oriented. Organized, resourceful, ability to multi-task.
Tireless work ethic, & an eagerness to contribute
to a team mission.
