Dear Sir/Madam
I am currently seeking an investor for my company. Based on current VC
interest in software industry, I believe the business plan for our
company may be of interest to some investors.

Our mission is to "establish a highly interactive virtual mall on the
Internet for next generation interactive digital TV/HDTV and
information appliances". We are using MPEG-4 technology for reach
media content streaming and playback from Internet server to
consumer's home.

If anyone in SIPA can give me a pointer to an investor who has
interest in this "e-commerce", "Internet" and "new-media" market, I
would really appreciate it.
