Pratt's Guide to Venture Capital Sources - a "bible" of VC info - lists most
nationwide VC firms and their profiles, including their preferred stages of
investing, names/contact info, etc. Also includes a small listing of
international firms;
1998 edition available on CD-ROM or print version; costs about $400
Most Univ business-school libraries and some public libraries subscribe
annually.

Fortune magazine's Oct.26th issue has two articles - one on Kleiner Perkins

other on Arch Venture Partners.
