A friend and I with a lot of combined Systems and Application
experience are in the process of writing a business plan for a
company to take advantage of Internet's oncoming broad band
services. This is to be a confidential product to be privately
discussed with a very small select group of angels. The initial
capital need is to be in the vicinity of $10 million, to expand
up to $40 million, although a product prototype could be
produced for less money.
How should we proceed on this? Any advice will be welcome.
