I am a PR consultant based in Bombay, India. My presence on this list
would be a surprise to many. The reason I am
on this list is that lately we have been approached by many Indians who
have has successful ventures in US, then
sold their company and have come to India to start-up a company here. A
lot of professionals returning from US are
looking for Venture capital here.
India is not US and the PR industry is very different here. Media works
differently and the issues especially for
technology companies is very different.
I am here to understand the thoughts of this group and perhaps assist
people who are thinking of coming to start up
in India by pointing some practical realities and sharing some
practical tips.
