Ladies and Gentlemen!
Over the past 45 days I have realized one thing! Getting someone
to sponsor an H1 for me seems just
as impossible a task as managing a dinner date with Britney
Spears coming Saturday!
Ladies and gentlemen, I do believe that we are all part of a big
global family here on this planet
Earth. States, countries, cultures, religions are all humans
made, and looking from a
broader perspective, as a member of this 'global' family I
actually stand as YOUR relative; a
relative in need!
Ladies and gentlemen, my relocation to the Valley at this stage
is imperative!
I have finished my homework at the India end. We are a strong
and dynamic team of 3. Now I need to do
our homework at the Valley end! Once that is done, an e-mail to
India is all it would take to
initiate development here! I need to meet lawyers, VCs' and
accomplished and ambitious ladies and
gentlemen like yourselves to discuss issues I am unable to do
justice to, over the Internet!
Being an Australian resident I could relocate back to the land
down under tomorrow morning, however
Australia does NOT form a part of my plans at present! Then I
could go to Harvard, Stanford, Wharton.
Would be C-A-K-E-W-A-L-K for me!! However my current priority is
to be a part of a dynamic start-up
team, and build a business right from scratch, while
simultaneously work towards implementing my own
unique and futuristic ideas, and 'just do it'!
How do I convince you wonderful people that I would prove just
as great an asset as a local
person you prefer to hire in the US! I may even be better! The
only difference stands that I would
need an H1. And I am willing to work for your start-up on
minimal wages if money is an issue!
And in return for these minimal wages, the value I would provide
to your organization's cause would
be to an extent that in just a couple of month's time, you WILL
want me to stay for GOOD! This is
level of confidence I have in my abilities and skills! I am an
action person and the past 4 years
have been both educational and formative. When I look at myself
in the mirror today, I see before me
a confident, recognized, respected and knowledgeable individual
in e-commerce.
Today I am leading the Indian e-commerce solutions business
development for a US originating software
conglomerate. I am willing to quit this job, hold my MBA plans,
hold my Australia plans, and am
rearing to work towards shaping YOUR dreams, for peanuts!
Tomorrow, I WILL make things happen, my plans WOULD take shape,
and I WILL be in your shoes, and you
WILL feel proud of your gamble / investment / trust in Sandeep.
I guarantee that!! I cherish
relationships and your kind assistance today would mean a LOT to
me for EVER!!!!
Money, luxuries, sleep, these things mean nothing to me today!
It's the passion to create and
contribute to this world, that is driving me, and frankly
speaking the day I have made MY millions (
soon!! ) most of my wealth would go towards charities in
research to save his global family from the
AIDS catastrophe, BESIDES identifying people with the kind of
drive and passion I see within
myself today, and giving them the opportunities they seek!
Why invest only in people WITH a ready business plan! For a
change why not invest in a person who is
just about there...! Try it. I will NOT let you down!
