I got a question and would invite the views of friends of this group.
CASE I:
Suppose my company is dealing in microprocessors like Intel and I name
my site as Hi_ntel.com (Hi underscore ntel.com) then will there be any
copyright infringement or trademark problems - will I be sued by Intel ?
CASE II:
Suppose I am in a diametrically different line of business (say textiles
or
garments ?) then what happens ?
Are there any case referances or court rulings to this effect. I would
do this for two reasons - for the shortage of names - with all of them
that I know of getting exhausted and for the greater obvious reason for
getting known better since Intel is branded.
