 I like to blend my Indian education, global experience, coached skills, observed behaviours and cultural diversity to give the very best in every situation.  I have 21 years of global work experience with profitable fortune 100 corporations in five countries (Singapore, US, Japan, Germany, India), of which 16 years has been in senior leadership roles leading large functional teams regionally and globally.  I feel lucky to gain well rounded strategic and operational experience in key functions of product design, customer needs fulfilment, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, International trade, finance and Infrastructure services. Leaders have recognized me for good balance in task and people leadership, customer centric thinking, positive attitude, check-and-balance in results, data driven decisions, least biased nature and strong commitment to compliance. My experience portfolio includes variety of industries and medium to high volume product mix in office automation, telecom, computer products, semiconductor, test/ measuring Instruments, life sciences and associated support services.  I enjoy repeated invitations to speak in Asian region conferences on supply chain, after sales support, quality, leadership and procurement.

 I have handled several large transformation projects and clean sheet approach programs.  I am involved in creating new markets, strategic planning, establishing organization vision, articulating team goals/ accountabilities/ metrics, leading interdependent functions and near auto-pilot operations, global distribution footprint design, process engineering, ERP implementation, rejunivating/  transforming high performing teams, up-down sizing, opening new doors through key liaison, creating Industry network forums, leading innovation bold move programs for customers/ suppliers/employees. Of the above the following recent results are highlights:

- Created India back office for a function – annual savings > USD 2 M

- Region business owner for three ERP projects – Oracle, PI (O/Sb), Nextlink

- Lead global distribution strategy for Agilent that created four RDCs and wound up 35 country warehouses – annual savings > USD 10 M

- Being a knowledge warehouse of China, contributed to Agilent strategy

 I enjoy leading global projects and teams. I take active interest in community and environment protection events. I co-chair a diversity forum and support many mentoring efforts.
