entrepreneur and community
activist in the Silicon Valley.
Prior to joining Nusym, Venk was
Sr VP of marketing and business
develpment at Magma Design. He
has also been in senior
executive positions at companies
like Ambit Design and Cadence
Design Systems and as CEO in
Everypath. He was president of
Foundation for Excellence (www.ffe.org)
for 10 years. He is on the board
of Foundation for Democratic
Reforms in India, is a patron of
Indian Community Center and a
charter member of the TiE.
Reasons for joining SIPA:
Historically, SIPA has been the
platform for Silicon Valley
professionals of Indian origin
to come together and benefit
from discussions on issues of
common interest. Issues of
personal growth and professional
success are of paramount
importance to this group.
Although a huge number of
organizations exist, SIPA is
unique in its focus on these
issues. I am happy to contribute
