Anita Manwani – CEO Calibrated
Business Solutions is a seasoned
executive & industry expert in
outsourcing, offshore operations
(HP, Agilent).Established and
led offshore operations in Asia
and India. Strong experience in
P&L management and M&A. Prior to
founding CBS, she was VP and GM:
Global Outsourcing & Chairman of
of Agilent’s wholly owned
operations n India. Anita has
led multi-billion portfolios.
She secured investment grew the
operation to a 1200 professional
organization. She has held
general management and technical
positions at HP and P&L
responsibility for the Network
Mgmt product line She has had
extensive experience in M&A both
in integrating divisions into HP
and divesting businesses from
Agilent. She has also worked as
an advisor to private equity
firms assessing opportunities in
the Semiconductor and Healthcare
industries She grew HP’s India
Software Operations in the early
nineties from 12 person
operation to a 200 person
operation and established
delivery capabilities to HP
customers worldwide.
Prior to joining HP, Anita
worked at NASA Ames Research
Center (Moffet Field, CA),
leading the development of
distributed computing systems
for the Numerical Aerodynamic
Simulation Program and a
Robotics startup.
Anita has published and spoken
at various events and panels
hosted by Universities and
National Associations on
Offshoring and Outsourcing.
Anita was one of 80 U.S. women
selected as a “Technology All
Star” for National Women of
Color for her executive
leadership in technology in
2002. She also received the YWCA
TWIN award for executive
leadership and impact in 2003.
She is an active community
volunteer and is on the boards
of the Los Altos Education
Foundation, Foothill-DeAnza
College Foundation and Girls for
a Change. Anita attended the
University of Cincinnati
pursuing a PhD and holds Masters
and Bachelors degrees from
Bombay University |
